About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate who shares our passion for uplifting voices and driving positive change. Join our team and play a pivotal role in spreading our message of motivation and transformation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Motivation Works' mission and services.
Collaborate with education organizations, including schools, school districts, and educational nonprofits, to establish partnerships and promote our programs.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, email, print materials, and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
Organize and participate in events, workshops, and conferences to engage with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.
Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and educational influencers for brand exposure.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral and educational resources tailored to our audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure marketing materials align with our message.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness in our outreach efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience in marketing and outreach to education organizations, with a strong understanding of the education sector and its stakeholders.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with education organizations, educators, and influencers.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using a variety of marketing tools and Wix, including email marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
