About the Role

Responsibilities
All Creatives:
Develop and maintain a consistent and visually appealing iconography style that represents the company's values and enhances its visual communication; or plan community events that instill Motivation Works' Values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing and communication objectives into creative visual assets.
If a Photographer: Produce high-quality photography that tells compelling stories, captures the essence of the organization's mission, and documents events, activities, and projects.
If a Videographer: Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as video and animations, to support Motivation Works' educational initiatives and promotional efforts.
If a Designer/Artist: Plan and execute community engagement activities that utilize art and creativity to inspire and motivate individuals, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. Organize and participate in art exhibitions, workshops, and events to showcase the artistic talents of the community and promote the company's mission.
Requirements
An important requirement for collaboration is being able to work with others and assert what you bring to the table: a keen eye for detail, composition, color theory, or typography, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs or create community events that promote Motivation Works culture.
The following skills will ensure better success in the role:
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with photography equipment, various artistic mediums, and/or editing software.
