About the Role
Motivation Works is dedicated to bringing about positive change and empowerment, and we're seeking a Behavior Analyst to play a pivotal role in achieving our mission. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in Organizational Behavior Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation and implementation of behavior management systems within schools.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and support staff to assess behavior management needs and goals.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on data analysis.
Design and implement behavior management strategies that align with Organizational Behavior Management principles.
Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management plans and techniques.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior management systems, making adjustments as needed.
Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to ensure fidelity of implementation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to behavior support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to behavior management interventions.
Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification*.
Strong knowledge and experience in Organizational Behavior Management principles and practices.
Experience working in a school setting and supporting behavior management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to train and support staff in behavior management techniques.
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and using data to inform decision-making.
